Shannon joined us from Orangetheory Fitness Grandview in Columbus, Ohio. She fell in love with the energy of the studio from her first workout as a member! “Orangetheory Fitness reminds me of working out with my soccer team – everyone pushing each other and having fun!”
Mel has joined us from Head Coaching in Adelaide for the past 3 years. Mel was drawn to Orangetheory because of the science behind the delivery and workouts.
“When a community comes together because they support something and want to create positive change – Its electric and I want to be part of that.”
Mel in her spare time, (aside from running) loves being creative especially drawing and photography. Her training philosophy has always been “Technique over speed, every time.”
Renée has travelled from New York to join Orangetheory Fitness.
She has played a crucial part in helping us open up our flagship location in the Melbourne CBD!
Since Renée was little, she’s been competing in gymnastics, dance, playing the cello and taking art classes.
