Sam was hooked the moment he did his first OTF workout. As an experienced runner, Sam’s expertise and enthusiasm has helped countless members achieve new PB’s with their running. Sam also loves Iced Lattes, long podcasts and most of all, Taylor Swift. When he’s not in the office or in the studio, you’ll find him with his dog, Rory, exploring the great outdoors or volunteering with Burnside CFS.
Michelle started out in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor in the 90’s! She brings 10+ years of PT experience to our studio along with a whole lot of passion, love and care. She’s often referred to as the ‘members mum’ and is adored by our member base for her gentle touch and overwhelmingly positive attitude. When she is not in the studio she enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active every day, and travelling.
Luke is one of our most experience coaches. He’s been with us since it all began back in 2015 and has well over 1,000 sessions under his belt. Named Australia’s best OTF coach in 2018, Luke loves to motivate, support and encourage people to transform their lives and achieve results they never thought possible.
Hayley has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, with a background in functional training. When not coaching at Orangetheory Hayley can be found watching crime shows, reading, cooking up a good feed, and being a crazy cat lady! Hayley loves to motivate members to challenge themselves and chase their goals.
Fidgey has been heavily involved in sport and fitness for his whole life, becoming a personal trainer 20 years ago. He spends his days educating PT students as a lecturer at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Figdey loves Orangetheory, especially the family atmosphere, the friendship with our members, and being continually blown away by the results achieved by regular training here.
Amy has been a passionate member of the fitness industry for eight years. Her background is in one-on-one training but she loves the energy of Orangetheory’s group training sessions and the community feel. When Amy isn’t working you can find her throwing heavy weights around, at the beach or eating chocolate. Amy loves pushing people to their limits and bringing laughter to every session!
When science meets fitness
Orangetheory is a one-of-a-kind science-based group training workout.
