Kristy has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Kristy believes in educating and empowering members to be the best they can be. When not at Orangetheory you can find her cycling, hiking, or enjoying the outdoors with her son Emerson.
Ten years ago Luke tipped the at 175kg and finally decided it was time for a change. For the past six years Luke has helped all ranges of fitness from sedentary first timers to elite athletes, and believes he can help anyone achieve their goals. He loves being active everyday with everything from Pilates, OTF workouts, cycling, or even just a walk. When not at Orangetheory Luke is making the most of every minute with his fiancé, and three gorgeous kids.
Maty has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. He loves training and any outdoor fitness activities, especially surfing and water sports. When Maty coaches he loves to create a hard working but banter style atmosphere where anyone, at any level will feel loved and guided to be the best version of themselves.
Hayley has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, with a background in functional training. When not coaching at Orangetheory Hayley can be found watching crime shows, reading, cooking up a good feed, and being a crazy cat lady! Hayley loves to motivate members to challenge themselves and chase their goals.
Fidgey has been heavily involved in sport and fitness for his whole life, becoming a personal trainer 20 years ago. He spends his days educating PT students as a lecturer at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Figdey loves Orangetheory, especially the family atmosphere, the friendship with our members, and being continually blown away by the results achieved by regular training here.
Jakk has worked in fitness industry roles for the past 7+ years. Her training style includes powerlifting, CrossFit and of course Orangetheory workouts. Jakk has a huge interest in space, Eastern medicine, good wine and a good meme.
