If the cold, dark nights have been putting you off getting those runners on, don’t panic just yet.

At Orangetheory, our workout offers the perfect training regime to get you ready for all the ups, downs and last pushes to the finish line.

Combining treadmill blocks with conditioning on the weights floor, our classes focus on three different aspects: endurance, strength, power.

 

  • Endurance – Longer treadmill blocks that build your fitness levels to get you around 14km of beautiful Sydney scenes

 

  • Strength – Think inclines. Think building a strong body and a strong mind. Think heartbreak hill.

 

  • Power – Focusing on short bursts on the treadmill and bodyweight exercises, this will help you with that last push down to Bondi beach
